Common questions ahead of booking below.

We recommend keeping your guest count to 45 and under to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone. Please note that access to our patio will vary by season and weather conditions, which means that guests may need to be indoors during certain times.

To ensure our bar is properly staffed for your event, we require a $300 per hour beverage minimum. This price allows for open bar use which includes cocktails, mocktails, beer/cider, and soft drinks.
If you have a small group, we can accommodate that as well with a custom pricing package. Leave us your details below.

Township 23 requests a $100 non-refundable booking fee to reserve your date and time. This fee is not applied later towards the drink minimum. We close the distillery to the public when we host your event, so this is truly a good faith payment that your group will be in attendance.
Upon arrival, we will collect a credit card from the responsible party to be held for the duration of the party. The drink order is due in its entirety at the end of your event.
Gratuity to our exceptional staff is kindly requested and appreciated. We do not automatically apply this to your tab.

We’re flexible! We welcome catering, food trucks, or you can bring your own food.
We do not have a prep kitchen, so catered food must arrive prepped and ready to serve. Yourself or the food service needs to provide plates, napkins, utensils, and tools for dishing and anything you need to keep food warm.

Our space truly doesn’t need anything to make it warm and welcome, but we do love making the space feel “extra“ for you. We have decor items in house you are welcome to use for a small additional cost. We’re happy to show you ahead of time or you may also bring anything of your own.
We do ask that you arrive no sooner than 30 minutes before your guests are expected to arrive to set up. Staff are ready and prepared to help you set up anything you need.

Children are more than welcome to attend. We do not have high chairs or booster seats on site so please plan accordingly.

Outside alcohol is not permitted on our property. Anything seen or found will be confiscated and you may be asked to leave if we see frequent violations. We love a good tailgate moment but it’s a private party, not a football game.
